Maker Faire

Maker Faire seemed like a really cool idea.  For the most part, I enjoyed it.  However, standing in line or having to wait to participate is not my thing.  There were a lot of people.  However, we did end up getting what we went there to get.  First, I was able to sort out how to make your own solar oven.  This is something I will incorporate into my class next year. Second, we (by we, I mean Taed) were able to indulge Keb in his interest in mushrooms.  A kit was purchased.  Mind you, we started it on Sunday, 6/1.  Here is its progress.  Cool, huh?
