There’s this show on TLC called Toddlers and Tiaras. While watching an advertisement for it Keb announced, “Now that is just wrong! It’s like those little girls are dressing like they want S-E-X.”
Wow! If a 7-year old can interpret the sexualization of children, why can’t the rest of society?

Totally agree. That show is just disgusting!! Never watched it, but just seeing the ads threw me off. I wrote an article on this too, its great to see that somebody agrees with me about how disturbing this is.

We finally did watch one. It was a train wreck. I felt dirty watching, but I could not look away either. I still think it’s interesting/cool that our concerns (disgust/horror) are supported by a (now) 3rd grader. I really do think that if *kids* get it, why can’t adults?
